Minimum Stays
At Almyra Waterfront Accommodation we have a 3-night minimum stay throughout the year, with a 5-night minimum stay for the Apartment options from 23 December to 5 January.
Cancellation
50% payable if cancelled within 28 days of arrival and 100% if cancelled within 2 days of stay, if we are unable to let the accommodation. We recommend Travel Insurance.
Check-In and Check-Out Times
- Check-in is normally from 1500 but we would appreciate a call if you plan to arrive after 18:00, or are delayed enroute. We have a keybox and can give you a code for a planned late arrival
- Check-out is 10:00. A later check-out may be possible by prior arrangement.
One bedroomed apartment
NZD from $450 PER NIGHT (2 people) including GST.
Use of accommodation as a two bedroomed apartment
NZD $700 per night (4 people) including GST.
5 night stay minimum at Christmas and New Year
NZD $3750 per 5 nights (4 people) including GST
Tasman Suite B & B
NZD 395 per night (2 people) including GST with continental breakfast provided in the Suite.
